At a Joe Saglimbeni wine tasting of course!
I’m heading out there in about an hour and half :) I mean how can you say no to a complimentary wine tasting, Italian style appetizers and 25% off the wines featured in the tasting? Last week 3 bottles came home with my parents and I …
Happy Thanksgiving VS Readers!!
I have A LOT to be thankful for this year, especially for all of YOU! :) This blog and all the relationships, connections and opportunities I have made through it have developed so much since a year ago. I thank you all for your support! And if this year is any sign of what the next year has in store for me, I look forward to all that I will be thankful for next Thanksgiving!
To celebrate with you all, here are a few photos from my Thanksgiving Dinner I made 2 weeks ago for Frenchie le Boyfriend’s family in their hometown of Nantes. (And the dessert/wine pairing is my Challenge #8 for Project Wine Blog!)
Challenge #3: Wine Tasting & Appetizer Pairing Party (Week of Oct 4th)

Sure, you may come across the random party here or the bar that puts up a few decorations, but it is NOTHING compared to the insanity we celebrate in the US. I look forward to this ‘holiday’ all year long! Needless to say I miss Halloween like a Frenchman visiting the U.S. misses his cheese! (which is A LOT!) So the theme for Challenge #3’s Wine Tasting & Appetizer Pairing is …
Heck yes Vinous Readers! The theme for this post is FINALLY!!
For the first ‘FINALLY’ … I am F-iiiiiiii-nally about to wrap up this London International Wine Fair experience! I sort of find humor in how long it has taken me to get to this post, haha, but I have a ‘unique’ sense of humor. I am sure there is a certain friend out there named Alvin who is laughing along with me, because he shares my sense of humor, but I digress.
