That’s right! The GPS is the key to successful holiday food and wine pairings. Nooo, not THAT kind of GPS! … Unless of course you are using THAT kind of GPS to navigate yourself to our wine shop :P The […]
Emily, the food blogger behind Defining Delicious, had an idea to bring together some San Antonio wine and food bloggers. Aside from the dire need for us all to have good food and good wine in front of us at all times, the real reason for this meetup was to bring the Alamo City’s vinous and culinary blogging voices together to bring more attention, focus, light, critique, etc. on the delicious things happening here! Moral of the post … not all box wine is yucky! They may have started out with wine that is not up to par for many of us, but as the wine industry moves to more eco-friendly practices you will be seeing more wineries offering their best wines in bags, boxes, plastic bottles, and tetra paks, so do your vinous part to be green, I know I am!

And not just any wine review video … we combined with another San Antonio wine blogger, Mark Fusco of 1337 Wine Blog, who was also on his 200th post (what a coincidence) and did a 3 part 200th video-post in which we reviewed some delightful and delicious wine samples sent to us by Biltmore Estates, Ole Imports, & Arnaldo-Caprai Winery.
