By Vinously Speaking aka Veronique Cecilia Barretto
Can you believe it? Our 200th post ?!?! That’s a lot of words! AND a lot of wine!
To celebrate our 200th post, we decided to skip the typing and make a wine review video instead! And not just any wine review video … we combined with another San Antonio wine blogger, Mark Fusco of 1337 Wine Blog, who was also on his 200th post (what a coincidence) and did a 3 part 200th video-post in which we reviewed some delightful and delicious wine samples sent to us by Biltmore Estates, Ole Imports, & Arnaldo-Caprai Winery.
Now to be totally honest, we filmed this early in December in the anticipation that we were going to be on post 200 not long after, but you know how the holidays go … so even though we are well into January, these videos were made with the intent to be posted on our 200th post, so there ya have it!
I do also have to warn you that the second video is a bit lengthy, but give us a break … the wines were delicious and we are all talkers, and when you combine the two, the talking is a bit harder to keep under control, lol. Either way, I am sure you will enjoy the videos, learn about some amazing wines, and get a few good laughs out of them too :)
Before you watch the videos, we want to give a very BIG thank you to Mark Fusco of 1337 Wine Blog for letting us film these wine review videos with him. Thank you for lugging your video equipment clear across San Antonio, setting it up, breaking it down, and all your hard work in getting these videos up and on the air! Lastly, thank you for all the great support you have shown our wine blog! We highly recommend you go and check it his video wine blog and learn about wine in general and the many wines he has reviewed. We had a phenomenal time Mark, and we look forward to other fabulous joint wine blog ventures!
So skip the popcorn and pop the cork on a bottle of vino and watch some goof vinous times! Without further ado, we present to you the joint efforts of 1337 Wine Blog & Vinously Speaking Wine Blog!
