Joe Saglimbeni hosts the eco-friendly Tolosa Winery
Last week I had the pleasure of tasting the line of wines from Tolosa Winery at Joe Saglimbeni’s Fine Wine & Spirits Shop.
And I felt good about it.
Not just cause I am a lover of all things vinous, but also because this winery participates in very eco-friendly practices. Now I am not the most eco-conscious person out there, but like many of my fellow Millenial generationers, I like to do what I can to make an effort :) And drinking eco-friendly wine counts, right? Right.

And if the wines were as delicious and exotic as they were last week, you should be going too! Last week Joe Saglimbeni welcomed the lovely Felicia Gonzales of Serendipity Wine Imports here in San Antonio. She was featuring wines from Argentina and Uruguay! I don’t know about you, but I don’t get to taste wines from Uruguay very often, so this was a real treat!
Joe Saglimbeni Tuesday Wine Tasting Withdrawal
I had to miss the last two Joe Saglimbeni Tuesday Wine Tastings because I was in Los Angeles two weeks for my five year college reunion and then the next Tuesday I was cheering for my little brother as he crossed the stage at his high school graduation. All very important and all, but I am ever so excited to be heading back to my favorite wine tasting tonight!!
P.S. My apologies for my one month hiatus, ahhh! Things got pretty crazy there for awhile. I will write another post tonight explaining all the craziness that transpired this last month.
