Happy Father's Day to My Daddio and all the other Fathers/Father Figures reading this wine blog !
If my father was a wine:
He would be full bodied,
and smooth like a fine jazz tune,
he’d definitely have a smokey aroma,
probably a bit off balance yet strangely complex,
still very much in his youth,
And certainly a wine that needs to be aired out before drinking :P
